    Terms of Service

    Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Echo Kids Pty Ltd (ABN 94 695 642 801) ("Echo Kids," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Echo Kids website, applications, tools and content (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

A digital service, not a therapeutic service

Echo Kids is a digital toolkit designed to help families create visual supports, routines, communication boards and other everyday resources. It is not a medical, diagnostic, clinical or therapeutic service, and it does not provide speech pathology, occupational therapy, psychology or any other regulated health service.

Echo Kids is designed to support your Early Intervention journey and is not a replacement for professional therapy. Always seek advice from a qualified health professional about your child's development, and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you have read or created in Echo Kids.

Access to Echo Kids features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the handling of your payment information.

The subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and include any applicable taxes where required.

By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date until your subscription is cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — for example, if you cancel mid-month, you keep full access to all features until the last day of the month you have already paid for.

We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period, unless a refund is required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

After your paid period ends, your subscription simply stops renewing and no further payments are taken.

If a renewal payment fails or is not made, your subscription becomes inactive. You will still be able to log in to your account, but you will not be able to access or use the Echo Kids features and tools until payment is brought up to date.

Your saved content is retained while your account remains open, so access is restored as soon as a successful payment is made. Stripe may automatically retry a failed payment before the subscription lapses.
